Data Protection
We are registered with the Information Commissioner and all data is kept private and confidential. Details will only be shared with the chosen lender and with the Clients’ written permission.

Fees
We normally charge a small fee to cover administration costs. Any fees will be agreed with you at the outset and highlighted in our Initial Disclosure Document. In addition we will receive commission from the lender. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by the hour and any commission received will be refunded to you.

Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

There may be a fee charged for charged for mortgage advice. The amount will depend on your circumstances but we estimate it may be £295.
